What is the delivery delay ?

How do I track my parcel?

Are you making deliveries during the COVID19 crisis?
Yes of course! Due to high demand and additional security measures, our deliveries may take a little longer to reach you. Our carriers have adapted their procedures and make deliveries within safe distances, and do not require a signature upon receipt of your packages. The online tracking service can be displayed with an additional delay. Thank you for your patience during this unusual period.
How to place an order?
Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click on the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare your order and send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped!
Why some items are missing from my order?
We work with different suppliers, when you place an order, each one takes care of a product personally. If you order 3 different items, you will probably receive 3 different packages and these may arrive at different dates. On the other hand, if you order the same product twice, you will only receive one package.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After this period, we invite you to make a request for return upon receipt of your order. You will receive the refund on your bank account 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your returned product.
Can I make a return request?
Of course! You have 30 days after receipt of your order to request its return. We will refund 100% of your order. But You are responsible for the return shipping costs to France and the item must not have been used.
How quickly will I be reimbursed?

Why is my product different from the image?
We are resellers and sometimes our suppliers in an objective of quality and fast delivery decide to send you a product with slight differences (logo of a different brand, zip of another color, etc. ...)
