Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After 11am, your order is prepared and shipped the next working day. Once shipped, allow 1 to 2 working days for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, 2 to 4 days for Germany, 2 to 5 days for the rest of Europe and 3 to 7 days for the rest of the world.

For deliveries outside the European Union (notably Switzerland and the United Kingdom), local taxes and customs duties may apply on receipt; these remain payable by the recipient.

Deliveries are made within 48 to 72 hours for products available in stock in France. It is 4-7 days for Worldwide delivery.

For pre-order items, the estimated time is displayed on the product sheet.

We produce in small, considered batches in our workshop in Portugal. When a colour is temporarily sold out, it can still be ordered as a pre-order: the product page then shows a "Pre-order" label with the estimated delivery window, and shipping is free.

Payment is taken at the time of order: your item is reserved from the next batch and shipped as soon as it arrives.

Sure ! You have 30 days after receipt of your order to request a return. We refund 100% of your order. Return costs are your responsibility and the item must not have been used.

Refunds take between 3 and 5 working days depending on your payment method and your bank, from the moment we receive the returned item(s).

The refund covers the amount of your order, less the flat contribution to return shipping costs (€4 France / €8 European Union) if you used our prepaid label.

It was created in 1992 by the eponymous association with the aim of certifying that a fabric does not contain any dangerous component, which represents a guarantee of its quality for users. It is currently the most common label in the textile industry and remains among the most reliable on the market.

All our products are designed in France and made in our workshop in Portugal.

Yes, all our collections are 100% vegan: no animal-derived materials are used. The fur collar on the Inaya footmuff is faux fur and fully removable.

The Inaya Stroller Blanket is a universal model designed to adapt to all strollers and prams on the market: Bébé Confort, Chicco, Cybex, Quinny, Stokke, GB, Bugaboo, Britax Römer, etc...

The Inaya Stroller Blanket is not suitable for the cozy for security reasons. However, it can be adapted to prams.

The Inaya Stroller Blanket is cold-resistant down to -20°C thanks to its interior padding. It is also waterproof and resists humidity.

The Inaya Stroller Blanket is washable by hand or in the dry cleaners (after removing the faux fur collar). It is not suitable for the dryer.

You can also use a dishcloth to simply scrub the outer coating.

The Stroller Blanket looks like a sleeping bag that you attach to your stroller. A hood protects baby's head and arms are kept inside this cozy little nest. The Stroller Blanket is used to cover baby when going out in cool or wet weather.
